Nicole Allard's Ebooks "Writer's Forum" and "The Writer's Career Guidebook"
http://writerssuccess.com/reviews.htm Both of these e-books are fantastic reads for beginner freelancers. Click on the above link for my full reviews. Come Thirsty Max Lucado I highly recommend this Christian Inspirational book for anyone trying to find some meaning in their life. This book is both an individual book and part of an educational kit with workbooks for adults and children, as well as guides. Lucado suggest's one should drink from Jesus in order to live a fulfilled life. All to often, people are accustomed to living with Jesus on the side. This will not do. The reader's guide included in the back of the book works with you for every chapter and provides a soul searching, intense study of yourself and the Lord. A wonderful book, take a look. Take a look:

Blinded By Love by Monique Houde
A review by Andrea Okrentowich
Blinded By Love, an intensely moving and emotional book. Regardless of whether the reader has a history of domestic violence, they will cringe with every page turned. A true story based on one victims survival, Houde displays such honesty and thought provoking drama. Such detail is given that the reader is drawn into the very real emotions of the victim. As the story progresses, one can see the all-to-common pattern of an unhealthy relationship developing. All the more terrifying is that this is the true story of so many woman across the nation, many not as lucky to survive as this woman did. This story will anger, sadden and inspire you. The resources and advice found in the back of the book are useful especially when giving this book to a domestic abuse victim or survivor. I recommend this book to any and all woman. It is a book about strength, courage, self love and brutal honesty.
Monique's site: - www.opcweb.com/choices and her sister site: www.opcweb.com/freedom both great for advice, Monique's work and assistance with domestic abuse, career links, challenges and advice and family matters.

Missing Account by Alexander Coppedge A Review by Andrea Okrentowich
The author, Alexander Coppedge, studies the verses in Genesis 1:1 and 2:1 ( King James Version ) and their differing suggestions; or the missing account. As one will read from the Bible Genesis 1:1 states "...created the heaven and the earth" then one will read in Genesis 2:1; "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished..." The author's suggestion is that there is a missing account of a second heaven and proceeds to try to prove his theory in "Missing Account". Honestly, I've never given it much thought, always assuming that "heavens" conveyed a large, complex place and not multiple places. Coppedge does back his theory by example and research, however the heavy use of repeating himself several times in one chapter makes it difficult to follow. He does however, have a sound theory. If one is a Bible enthusiast and is looking for different interpretations of the Bible, Missing Account will be quite useful to you.

Rab Swannock Fulton's "Transformation"
A review by Andrea Okrentowich
Rab Swannock Fulton creates a literary masterpiece with his newest book Transformation. A beautifully written story of modern day Ireland mixed with Irish folklore. The drama of love and loss is intensified when danger and fear of the unknown is introduced to two young lovers. An eerie tale unfolds as mythical creatures and small town folklore is told. One questions the reality of the world in which these young love birds live. A beautifully sad and entertainingly creepy story is told in lively description of historic Ireland. Fulton has created an amazing piece, one you would not want to miss. Make sure to visit Fulton's site: http://frink.nuigalway.ie/~rab/ for a glimpse into Transformation or other works of Fulton's creative genius.

Run For Your Life (Book One) by Lisa Freeman

A review by Andrea Okrentowich
Based on a period of Lisa Freeman's life, “Run For Your Life” will have you doing anything but running. That is to say, you won't want to go anywhere but sit on the edge of your seat and get lost in this book. I found it impossible to come unglued from the pages. All I could think of is that Lisa actually survived through this. Once you read “Run For Your Life” I have no doubt you will be asking yourself the same question. While hitching cross country and back Lisa and her boyfriend encounter murderers' rapists' and mobsters' and every so often a kind natured soul. Freeman takes fear to another level. There's something much scarier than ghost's and goblins in this book; human beings. An amazing journey both physical and spiritual for both the characters' and the readers'.
